The goal of Urban Planning at Prakalpa is to develop communities that are smart, resilient, and inclusive of all residents. Cities are complex ecosystems that require an appropriate balance among social equity, infrastructure, and economic sustainability. In Prakalpa’s Urban Planning Process, we use a data-driven approach, in addition to stakeholder engagement, to develop Master Plans that address the problems associated with Urbanization.

Our expertise in Urban Design enables us to take a human-centred approach to large-scale mixed-use development that connects people through the Urban environment. We collaborate with Municipalities and Developers to regenerate under-utilised areas of our Urban environment into vibrant, mixed-use districts. Prakalpa is an advocate of “Smart City” principles, which means we embed technology and sustainable practices into the Urban fabric of all our development schemes.
